Snack: Yogurt and Oats
















Ingredients
8 ounces plain yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup uncooked oats
1 teaspoon sugar-free jelly
Non-calorie sweetener to taste ( I like TruVia natural sweetener)

Directions
Place yogurt in oversized bowl. Using a whisk, beat yogurt until smooth. Slowly add protein powder, and mix well. Add raw oats, stir in sugar-free jelly and non-calorie sweetener to taste.
