Vegan Green Tea Ice Cream Smoothie


  • 2 cups strong green tea (4 green tea bags steeped in 2 cups of boiling water)
  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • ½ of an avocado
  • 4 or 5 Tbsp agave nectar depending on taste preference
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of Celtic sea salt
  1. Throw all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
