Dark Chocolate Power Cake


It is shown topped with Natural Peanut Butter above!

5 Egg Whites
½ cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
2 TB of Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1/3 cup of Oat Bran or Rolled Oats (optional)
2 TB Flax Seed Meal (or substitute protein powder or flour of choice)
1 Cup of Frozen Spinach and/or Berries (this is optional)
Cinnamon
Vanilla
few spoonfuls of Stevia to taste
(or another form of sweetener; ex. agave, honey)

Instructions:

Mix ingredients, put in a glass pie pan/microwave safe dish,
Microwave for 8-9 minutes.
Remove from microwave and let cool
( I made mine last night & it was ready for me this morning!)


Cut into slices or eat with a fork
