Frozen Pudding Pops


With a variety of flavors from chocolate to butterscotch these creamy puddings make fantastic frozen treats for parents and kids. Two of these frozen pudding pops make for a fat burning snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups regular Light Silk Soy Milk (or skim milk)
  • 1 small box of Jell-O’s instant fat-free, sugar free pudding

Method:

Prepare pudding according to package directions. Freeze in pop molds or spoon into small paper cups and insert Popsicle sticks or plastic spoons. Place in freezer until solid.

Serves: 4

Approximate nutritional analysis per serving: 70 calories, 4 grams of protein, 10 grams of carbohydrates, 1 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of fiber.
