Sherri's Curry Veggie Soup Recipe

What is your favorite homemade go to soup? This is the Curry Veggie Soup that I made yesterday! So very easy.  I love Fall!  Soups/Chilis are my fav!!
Just throw in whatever veggies you have. I sauteed onion, Baby Bell Mushrooms, Red Bell Pepper, Carrots, Celery, and Broccoli into a pan and water steamed them until tender...not mushy.
Then I sauteed 3 fresh garlic cloves that I had minced.
Then I put Frozen Green Beans, edamame and zucchini in a big soup pot and added the other water steamed veggies. I added red pepper flakes, Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute, Sweet Basil, Oregano, Parsley, Cayenne Pepper, Celtic Sea Salt (my fav) and McCormick's Red Curry Powder. Add in 1 carton of broth (whatever kind you prefer) and water.
Let it all cook with a lid until the zucchini is tender, but not mushy. Add fresh spinach and cook for a couple mins longer (I dont like the spinach super limp.)

Raw Apple Pie Bowl

OH MY WORD!!!  This was sooooo good.  I am totally enjoying my new Crazy, Sexy way of eating.  You will NEVER go hungry and never feel deprived by any means.  This breakfast was fit for a King!  It calls for apples, but I replaced one apple with a large organic Barlett Pear, that I needed to be used up soon.

Ingredients:

2 large organic apples or 3 medium, diced
 2 bananas, mashed
 Cinnamon (opt.)
 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed (opt.)

Directions:

1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
2. Dice the apples and mix in with the apples.
3. Mix in the flax and let sit until thickens.
4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top or just serve

I totally feel like I just ate apple pie for breakfast.  And with the pear in it....it really gave it a kick!

I logged it in Cronometer to see how close I am already to my nutritional goals for the day!

Sexy Seed Cakes YUM!

I am really enjoying my 21 day Crazy Sexy Cleanse and modified Kris Carr’s recipe a little and came up with this Sexy Seed Cakes Healthy Recipe!  I was wondering how a pancake made with seeds would taste.

Ingredients

Makes 5 pancakes
1/4 cup millet
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
1 Tablespoon raw sunflower seeds
1 Tablespoon flaxseeds
1/4 + 1/8  teaspoons baking soda
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 packet (or more) stevia ( I used Liquid Stevia and a little organic coconut sugar)
Pinch of cinnamon
Unsweetened almond milk to thin batter

Directions
Use a coffee grinder for all the seeds except the chia—they don’t need to be ground. Use the grinder for the millet as well, or just use gluten-free flour. Mix all the ingredients with passion. Pour heaping tablespoons of batter onto a hot pan or griddle coated with coconut oil—the best oil for high heat. Cook until the batter starts to bubble and flip when the bottom of the cake is slightly brown.

Then for the Blueberry Syrup…Oh Em GEEEEEE!  That really made this the most amazing breakfast ever.  Almost up there with my Shakeology.  LOL

I just added some blueberries that I had frozen from the summertime….a couple handfuls.  I put them in a pan and added 1 tablespoon of Raw Honey to it and a little coconut sugar.  I heated until it was boiling good.  Then I took it off of the burner and covered it with a lid and just let it cool down.  Breakfast is now being served!!!

My tastebuds have changed so much during this cleanse.  I am on Day 13 of 21 days of the Crazy Sexy Adventure Cleanse, that I am doing with 27 others in a private facebook group.  We are called the Wellness Warriors.  We will be doing future cleanses, so if you are interested in feeling better than you EVER have in your entire life….like you are 21 again :) , I HIGHLY recommend getting the book Crazy Sexy Diet by Kris Carr.  It has FOREVER changed my life.  I will never look at food the same way.  And I LOVE that I no longer have to count calories, or eat small portions.  I eat tons of good food and I am thrilled at how my body is looking and feeling, after just 13 days on this cleanse.

You can get your own book on the Walmart Website for cheap! Go HERE to get your own copy!  And if you would like to join a future 21 day cleanse for free, come and find me on my Facebook Page and send me a message. Here is the link to my Facebook Page One Healthy Nut.

Why is the Liver important and Foods to naturally heal the liver

By Carly Fraser

Why is the liver so important? It helps process nutrients in our food, makes bile, removes toxic substances from the body and is involved in the building of proteins. When our liver is not functioning properly then nutrients are no longer effectively processed and we become deficient in minerals and vitamins. The bile that is produced in the liver helps digest food (especially fat), and without sufficient bile production (due to a malfunctioning liver), this fat is no longer broken down and clogs our cells, vessels and arteries.

A major function of the liver, removing toxins from blood, is especially important. If the liver is not working properly, then it cannot pull out toxins from the blood, and instead, these toxins get re-absorbed into our cells, accumulating and creating problems that manifest in forms of different illnesses and disease.   Taking care of our liver is incredibly important! Avoiding alcohol, refined sugar & processed foods, and fatty foods is your first step to healing the liver. Getting rid of the root of the problem, and repairing the liver with natural foods is a recipe for liver-repairing success!   When consuming alcohol, an array of chemical reactions take place in the liver resulting in damaged cells - the liver then tries to repair these cells, scarring itself and inflaming surrounding tissues.

Refined sugar & processed foods as well as fatty foods create problems for the liver too - eating these foods day after day can lead to a condition known as fatty liver (also caused by excessive alcohol consumption), which is caused by triglyceride fat accumulation. This is then accompanied by progressive inflammation and scarring of the liver.

Foods to help naturally heal the liver:

Dandelion Greens Leafy greens, especially dandelion greens and mustard greens are great for the liver! They are incredibly high in chlorophyll which helps remove accumulated toxins. Dandelion greens help stimulate digestion and are considered a diuretic (helps promote water loss from the body through urination) - because of their diuretic effects, dandelion greens help lower blood pressure and relieve premenstrual fluid retention. The extremely bitter taste of dandelion greens and mustard greens promotes bile flow from the liver and gallbladder, and thus allow for more efficient liver processing of nutrients.

Beets Beets are a great way to detoxify the liver. They have been used to fight liver toxins for centuries. Beets contain a substance called betaine which protects the liver and bile ducts which are important in proper liver function. This substance also encourages the liver to get rid of intra-cellular toxin buildup. Not only that, but betaine helps lower inflammation levels in the body and so it can help defend against fatty liver. Make sure to eat beets raw, or juice them raw, because this substance is most active when in its raw form.

Horseradish This root helps digest fat, so it eases any work the liver may have at digesting excess fats from your diet. Consuming horseradish also helps to regenerate and heal the liver, keeping it cleansed of accumulated toxins from a life time of bad eating habits. In addition, horseradish is a powerful diuretic, and so it helps quicken the flushing of toxins and other inflammatory agents from our liver and kidneys (via increased urination).

Artichoke Artichoke helps stimulate bile flow from the liver and thus it helps alleviate symptoms of heartburn and "hangovers" from alcohol consumption. Proper bile flow is essential for detoxification (a major task of the liver). Bile serves as a carrier for toxins that we breathe in through the air, eat in our food, or drink in our water - it helps to ensure that these toxins are taken to the intestine or kidneys for proper elimination from the body. Today, extracts of artichoke are used for dyspepsia and to help in the processing of fat metabolism.

Celery Celery is incredibly rich in iron and vitamins A, B and C. It is a great tonic for the liver and a mild diuretic for the kidneys. The phytonutrients in celery help protect the digestive tract and liver - specifically, researchers from Taiwan have found that when treated with celery extract, liver cells produced more of a specific liver enzyme which helps flush toxins and other contaminants from the body. The mild diuretic effects of celery also aid in the removal of bodily toxins and lowering blood pressure.

Asparagus Asparagus has been found to boost ADH and ALDH, two liver enzymes which help metabolize ethanol (aka. the alcohol you might have drank last night). This makes asparagus a great way to alleviate symptoms of an alcohol "hangover" and helps protect the liver against toxic contaminants which otherwise may lead to scarring and fatty liver. It should also be noted that the leaves of asparagus also have therapeutic value, and are extremely high in enzymes ADH and ALDH. Make sure to eat fresh asparagus, particularly in its raw state to help boost the enzymatic activity of this vegetable.

Crazy Sexy Adventure Cleanse? What is it?

We will be starting our first official 21 Day Crazy Sexy Cleanse in September.  I am SO looking forward to this!  I know this is going to change peoples lives.

The purpose of this cleanse is to balance your body’s pH and get rid of toxins while also creating a completely healthier body.

The woman behind Crazy Sexy Diet is Kris Carr of Crazy Sexy Life.  She was diagnosed with cancer in 2003 and decided to take her life into her own hands by drastically changing her diet and lifestyle. She has published several books about this change in her life and has helped many other women change their health around. Eight years later, the cancer is in remission and she is a very energetic, healthy, passionate woman.

(Note: these aren’t guidelines for a vegan diet, these are guidelines for the crazy sexy diet 21-day cleanse, which happens to be vegan.)

  • decrease the amount of animal products you consume (especially dairy). ideally, you shouldn’t be consuming any animal products at all.
  • dumping refined sugars and processed starch. use low-glycemic fruits and sugar alternatives such as stevia or agave.
  • no alcohol. no caffeine. no coffee. no chai.
  • drinking a lot of green and white teas in lieu of caffeine/coffee/chai.
  • ideally consume only liquids until lunch time (water, teas, smoothies, juices).
  • solid fruits and healthy snacks (nuts, gluten-free bread with hummus) is OK.
  • more than half your plate at lunch and dinner is covered with veggies.
  • an optional (and suggested) juice fast once a week.
  • drinking lots of clean, purified water.
  • chewing meals thoroughly and carefully.
  • limit food intake to at least three hours before bedtime.
  • a daily dry-brushing ritual prior to a shower.
  • using a neti pot to clean sinuses.
  • cleaning our your colon on a regular basis. (sound fun, right?)
  • moving your body (exercising) at least 35 minutes a day.
  • fifteen-twenty minutes of meditation a day or prayer
  • trying to spend at least five minutes outdoors in nature a day.
  • laughing out loud and telling someone you love them daily.
  • eight hours of uninterrupted sleep a night.
  • using natural skin care products.
The ideal day during the cleanse consists of something like this:
Upon waking, a warm cup of water with a hint of lemon and pinch of cayenne pepper.
Meditate for a bit or take this time to pray, whichever fits into your personal life.
Dry brush, then shower; complete your morning routine.
A green juice or smoothie for breakfast
Drinking white or green tea during the day
A large vegetable salad for lunch
Some handfuls of nuts or almond butter on gluten-free bread as a snack;
maybe another green juice or smoothie and lightly cooked veggies for dinner; and no desert, but if you must, a little bit of 70% cacao candy.
A green juice fast once a week is suggested.
Of course, the cleanse varies daily, and Kris Carr offers many guidelines and tips in her book. If you have a chance to pick it up, please do — even if just to read and see what she says or pick up a few tips on how to improve your health!

Low Thyroid Foods

Low Thyroid Foods

VEGETABLES
Alfalfa
Artichokes
Avocado
Beets
Bell Peppers
Carrots
Celery
Cucumber
Leeks
Mushrooms
Okra
Peppers
Potatoes
Sea Vegetables
Squash
Pumpkin
Tomatoes
Zucchini
Avocado and potatoes are great source of tyrosine - hypothyroidism has been linked to low levels of this amino acid.
Artichokes double up as a powerful liver detoxifier.
Sea vegatables are rich in iodine too - you can try kelp, kombu, wakame, arame and dulse.

BEANS
Azuki Beans
Black Beans
Lima Beans
Mung Beans
Navy Beans
Pinto Beans
Red Kidney Beans
Split Peas
Beans are a rich in Iodine. They are also a good source of fiber, which is helpful as many people with hypothyroidism also suffer from constipation.

HERBS
Black Pepper
Chilies
Garlic
Ginger
Cinnamon
Tumeric
Peppermint
Cilantro
Parsley
Rosemary
Some of these herbs are brilliant for warming you up and raising your metabolism - try black pepper, chilies, garlic, ginger, cinnamon and tumeric.
Cilantro will help detox metals out of your system, especially mercury, a proven toxin for the thyroid gland.

FRUITS
Apples
Apricots
Bananas
Blueberries
Blackberries
Cherries
Cranberries
Dates
Grapefruit
Kiwi
Papaya
Pineapple
Prunes
Raspberries
Cranberries are a great source of iodine. A half a cup contains 400mcg of iodine. I recommend buying fresh or frozen cranberries and adding them to smoothies. Supermarket cranberry juice usually either contains a lot of sugar or unhealthy sweeteners.
Prunes and dates are useful but only in small quantities.

GRAINS
Amaranth
Quinoa
Buckwheat
Brown Rice
Wild Rice
Although buckwheat is technically a fruit, buckwheat products are very nutritious.
You can find all these products in various flours, pastas, cereals and crackers.

OILS
Coconut Oil
Olive Oil
Raw Butter
Coconut oil has a naturally stimulating effect on the thyroid gland.

NUTS
Brazil Nuts
Macadamia Nuts
Hazelnuts
Coconut Meat
Brazil nuts are very high in selenium, which is needed to convert the thyroid hormone T4 to T3. Be sure to only eat 1 or 2 though, any more is too much! Only a little selenium is necessary for the thyroid to function properly.

FISH
Sardines
Red salmon
Sadly the global fish supply is poisoned with PCBS and mercury, substances that poison your thyroid and the rest of your body, so it is recommended to cut down your seafood consumption. Limit your fish dishes to a maximum of one serving a week.
Try taking an Omega-3 supplement - deficiencies of this fatty acid have been linked to lower thyroid hormone levels.

ANIMAL PRODUCTS
Chicken
Turkey
Beef
Lamb
Eggs
Without adequate protein the thyroid can't function properly, even if you are taking suitable thyroid medication.
Be sure you get organic free range eggs.
Chicken and turkey contain tyrosine, an important amino acid that combines with iodine to make the thyroid gland function properly.
Commercial meat is packed with antibiotics which are disruptive to the thyroid gland - all meat consumed should be organic if possible.
Processed meats, like lunch meat, bacon and spam, are loaded with dextrose, nitrates, sulphates and sugars.
Smoked or vacuum packed meats are also best avoided.

Zucchini Cashew Soup Healthy Recipe

This soup is sure to satisfy you, whether you are vegetarian, vegan or a meat eater! If you are looking for a super easy recipe, that even my meat eating hubby loved, try my Zucchini Cashew Soup Healthy Recipe!  He turned up his nose, when I told him what I was making for dinner.  But he was pleasantly surprised that it tasted very much like Cheesy Broccoli.  In fact, we are going to actually steam some broccoli next time and put bits of steamed broccoli in the finished product…for a bit of chunkiness.  We paired this with some cucumber and tomato salad!  I must STRESS that you need to use organic ingredients for this recipe too.  This is a good detoxing recipe as well.  I love meals that are super healthy, but make me feel like I am eating something I should feel guilty about!  ha ha!

Here is one of my favorite places to get my organic produce and other various things like my Veggie Broth I used for this recipe!

I used these in my recipe as well!

This is what it looked like in my blender, before I blended it altogether!

I blended it in my Hamilton Beach Wave Station Express and this is what it looked like!

For 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 2 Zucchinis
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews
  • Organic Vegetable Broth
  • Bragg Liquid Aminos (To Taste) or Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Herbal seasoning or fresh herbs, like basil, dill, tarragon or thyme (I used Spike Seasoning and Fresh Dill)

Directions

  1. 1.) Soak Raw Cashews in filtered water for 1-2 hours. The longer you soak, makes the cashews blend creamier.
  2. 2.) Steam 2 organic zucchinis with skin on until tender.
  3. 3.) Drain the Cashews and add it to the blender, along with the zucchini, fresh or dried seasoning (I used Spike Seasoning and Fresh Dill) and enough veggie broth so it blends well. Add some Pink Himalayan Salt or Liquid Aminos. (Liquid Aminos is like soy sauce, only this one is good for you).
  4. Reheat if needed. You can always add some steamed veggies, if you like it chunky!
We ended up going and getting some broccoli.  I steamed some and put it in the soup!  Soooo delish!

20 Ways to Save Money for and on Shakeology

Maybe you have already heard of Shakeology, but if you haven’t, let me tell you about it! It is this Meal Replacement Shake, that kind of acts like a vitamin. It’s your Daily Dose of Dense Nutrition. Shakeology gives me this amazing energy to make it through my busy days, has balanced out my hormone levels, gives me an overall “GOOD” feeling on the inside, and has helped me to overcome my neck pain that I suffered with for 3 years, from our car accident in 2010.

Here are 20 ways you can save money every month and put it towards something guaranteed to improve your health and change your life:

1. Replace your expensive meal of the day with Shakeology. I was guilty of doing this and I know so many people are, but are in denial. Stop wasting your money grabbing a morning coffee at Starbucks or Tim Hortons (or Monster energy drinks) or leaving work to grab a quick lunch at a fast food place or Subway! Forget those $5.00-15.00 lunches or dinners out with coworkers and friends at restaurants or even your workplace’s cafeteria. Stopping this saves you $100-$200 a month! Are you one of those people who stop at a coffee shop in the morning or go out to lunch?

2. Make your own cleaners from household goods. Use vinegar and other household supplies to make your own detergents and cleaners. We all know how expensive these are! http://www.onegoodthingbyjillee.com/ is an amazing website, that has all kinds of great ideas for making your own laundry detergent, cleaners, Windex, Softscrub, makeup…to name just a few. I have recently started making my own cleaning products and they work so much better and have saved me $$$.

3. Bring your lunch to work. If you want to drink your Shakeology for another meal, bring your lunch to work from home. Again, this saves you money that you won’t be spending at the workplace cafeteria, fast food place or restaurant. Plus, an entire loaf of whole grain bread ($2), cans of tuna ($.50) and a selection of fruit ($2-$4) is a VERY healthy lunch and it’s affordable. Plus, that would cost you less than $10 for an entire week!

4. Prepare meals ahead of time and freeze instead of going out to eat fast food or restaurant food. Again, this saves your wallet and your health. Google “Once a month cooking” to get a better idea of what this involves. You can also do “once a week cooking. Google or look on Pinterest for “Freezer Meals“. I did this before and it saved me time and money!

5. Stop drinking soda, and drink more water. The cost of soda adds up and is nothing, but sugar and chemicals ($1.69 here for a 20 oz soda!! — if you drink 4 a day, that’s almost $7!). Drink water! It is free if you like tap water and extremely cheap for bottled.  We have a filter on our fridge for our water! Your body craves water and your health NEEDS it! If you are a heavy pop/soda drinker, you will also lose weight, just by cutting this out of your every day diet! BONUS!!!

6. Purchase foods (that you’ll use) in bulk. Items such as nuts, dried fruit, grains, snacks, cereal, spices, and baking ingredients are not expensive and they last for a long time! Sam’s Club is worth the $40 a year membership!! Costco too! Costco has a good amount of Organic Food! I especially love the BIG bags of frozen veggies!  Such a GREAT DEAL!

7. Stop using your credit card and go to an all cash envelope system. Google “Dave Ramsey Total Money Makeover” for more info. I have also learned so much from Dani Johnson. You can find her on Facebook and YouTube and you will learn a ton from her!

8. Have a Garage Sale or sell your stuff on Ebay! We all have tons of old stuff laying around and we just continue to get more “junk”. Don’t be afraid to say goodbye to old junk, especially when you can make some money doing so! Not to mention, it makes it so much easier to get organized! People have too much stuff in their lives. Look around your house, in your closet, in the garage, and sell the things you don’t need or want.

9. Use the groceries that you have in your pantry, freezer, and refrigerator before going out to buy more food or going out to eat. We are all guilty of buying food, throwing it in the pantry or freezer and forgetting its even there. If you have chicken in the freezer, then use it! Add it to a salad, in a stir-fry or in a lettuce wrap! This past weekend, I took inventory of everything in our cupboards, pantry, and 2 refrigerators. Dani Johnson says, “If you do not go to the grocery store for the next 30 days and eat everything in your pantry, that is CASH in your kitchen!” Say this to yourself over and over…..“I’m not buying food while I still have food to eat.” Here’s the truth, some of us are shopping for groceries every other day, while our pantries and cabinets and fridges and freezers are stocked full! And half the time, we are spending money, that we don’t even have. Stop the CRAZINESS! This month, I want you to do something. I want you to eat from your pantry and quit spending money. We’ve been trying this out and it actually works! Make a commitment that you are going to eat what you already have at your house now. I want you to also do this: grab a notebook and pen and go through your pantry, cabinets, fridge, and freezer and plan your meals according to WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE. Think about it for a minute….do you even know what’s in your freezer right this very minute? Is it jammed packed with stuff that has been in there for a really long time? Eat out of your pantry, refrigerator and freezer until all of it’s gone and then go to the store. After you clear everything out, buy the food you only need for a week and don’t go back for a week. Here are my lists that I came up with and this doesn’t include 2 cupboards full.

10. Go through your last two bank statements and figure out how much money you have been spending on groceries and eating out. I think you will be shocked, when you become mindful of your spending. I spent the past 30 days keeping track of every penny I spent and I realized I was spending WAY more $ than I needed to and a lot of it was frivolous!

11. Consign your old clothing or childrens items instead of just throwing them away, giving them away, or donating them. You can easily save $100-$200/season just on old toys and clothes that your kids can’t wear anymore. There is always “junk” laying around, that you can make money on.

12. Become a Beachbody Club Member as you will save 10% on Shakeology. By becoming a Beachbody Club Member, you not only receive a discount on Shakeology, but on all Beachbody products. Also, you will have full access to thousands of recipes, a customized meal planner, additional help and support from celebrity trainers and information that seems to go on forever!

13. Invite friends over instead of going out. Almost every activity at home is less expensive than going out. Invite some friends over and have a cookout or a potluck meal.

14. Master the 10 second rule. Whenever you pick something up with the intention of buying it, stop for ten seconds and ask yourself why you’re buying it and whether you actually need it or not. If you can’t find a good answer, put the item back. This has been really making a huge difference in my spending.  No more mindless spending for me! In the beginning, when I first started using Shakeology, I couldn’t figure out how I was going to keep affording it month after month.  But now that I put this 10 second rule to the test every single time….I don’t spend my Shakeology money on things that I do not need.  I NEED my Shakeology, because I am not going back to feeling like I used to, before I ever starting using it every day to replace one of my meals.

15. Rent out unused space in your home. Do you have an extra bedroom that’s not being used? Rent it out. In our home, we could, if times were tough, rent out our entire lower level – it has a “living room,” 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a separate kitchen. If we found the right person, this would bring in a lot of extra money.

16. Get a crock pot. You can just put in your ingredients before you go to work, put it on low, and dinner is ready and waiting for when you get home. This will save you money, because you won’t be going out to dinner.

17. Go through your cell phone bill, look for services that you don’t use, and get rid of them. Sit down and go through each item on your bill and see if there’s anything there that you don’t use, like an overabundance of text messages or Internet access. Then call your cell phone company and ask to have those services eliminated. BOOM, you’re saving money. =)

18. Check out the library. Don’t look at the library as just a place to get old books. I’ve used it to use the Internet, check out movies and CDs, grab local free newspapers, and keep up on community events. Best of all, it doesn’t cost a dime.

19. Cutting down on the amount of meat you and your family eats. Eating less meat can put cash back in your pocket. Meat is very expensive, compared to vegetables, beans, quinoa, millet, brown rice, and fruits. Simply change around your regular meal proportions to include more fruits and vegetables and less meats – eat a smaller steak and a bigger helping of green beans, for example. Not only is this a healthier way to eat (saving on health costs), it’s also less expensive. I always have tons of good recipes that I post on my Facebook page.  Click here ——-> One Healthy Nut Go on over and LIKE my page for lots of meatless recipes, that the whole family will love! Not to mention there are recipes here on my blog!

20. Cancel the cable or satellite channels you don’t watch. Many people with cable services are often paying for a premium package, but they rarely watch those extra channels. Get rid of those channels and put that cash back in your pocket.

If you suffer from pain on a daily basis, there is hope!

If you suffer from pain on a daily basis, there is hope!

I am here to tell you that if you suffer from pain on a daily basis, there is hope!  I am LIVING PROOF!  You do not have to live like that any longer.  I have been there and told my only hope was surgery.  Well, I did NOT have surgery and I am completely PAIN-FREE TODAY!!

I felt the need to tell my story to you....because I feel this could help a lot of you out there. Anyone that lives with pain on a daily basis...or you know someone that does...PLEASE KEEPING READING! This could change your life or someone else's life!

In 2010, my husband, my youngest son Shane and I were in a bad accident, due to some young kid texting, while he was driving.

It seriously changed our lives. Shane has had 3 surgeries on his left leg and has been left with a terrible scar, that he has to live with for the rest of his life. My husband needs back surgery as a result, to replace some damaged discs in his lower spine. Before the accident...I had really gotten on a great road to good health. I was working out every day, eating healthy and loving my life. I received a terrible head injury, as well as my neck was injured. The head injury affected my short term thinking and the neck injury caused awful pain, that lasted from the time that I woke up, until the time that I went to bed. I was like a broken record every single day. I would complain about my neck pain ALL DAY LONG! I know that my husband had to have gotten sick and tired of hearing about it. But the neck pain was really ruining my quality of life. I felt like I was just existing. I could not take Pain Medications, because my head was in a constant kind of BRAIN FOG already, due to the head injury. Plus, I knew the damage that Pain Meds can do to the insides of your body. They can damage your stomach, kidney and liver. So that was not an option, but neither was living with this awful pain, that had made daily life such a struggle for me.

I happened to find my cousin Kelly online and we got to talking and she told me about Shakeology. I tried it and I have to tell you, within 2 weeks of replacing my breakfast with the Shakeology Meal Replacement Shake every day, I realized, that I had not even thought about my neck pain in the past couple of days. What??? How could this be? Unbelievable! I had also maintained a clean healthy way of eating, along with the Shakeology. I did not and do not spend a fortune on groceries. So anyone can eat a clean healthy diet on a budget! ANYONE! If you don't have a clue how to eat clean and healthy, just ask!  I will totally help you! There are NO EXCUSES for not eating healthy. NONE!  Another exciting benefit I was finding from the Shakeology is that my brain felt crisp and clear! Something I had not experienced in almost 3 years, since our accident. After the first 30 days of using Shakeology, I realized that this Healthy Shake had given me my life back. This was like hitting the lottery.

So, if you or anyone you know suffers from pain, PLEASE...you do NOT have to live like that. Why suffer any longer? Shakeology is just what the doctor ordered! And it will not do any damage to the insides of your body. Along with being a weight loss accelerator (a welcome bonus for me...woo hooo), it is a meal replacement shake that fights disease. Take your life back into your hands. Stop the Suffering TODAY! I am so very thankful to Kelly for telling me about Shakeology and for me being willing to take that chance. I knew that it had a 30 day money-back guarantee with the Shakeology, so I had NOTHING to lose and EVERYTHING to gain. I figured if it didn't help me, then I would just send the empty bag back to them after 30 days and get my money back, since that was an option. Becoming a coach, has made Shakeology even more affordable for me too. My shakes come out to $3.23 a day. A little more than $3 a day to live pain free and have crisp clear thinking? WOW! Without a coach's account, it is just a little more than $4 a day, in exchange for feeling better than you EVER have in your entire life. STOP destroying the inside of your body with those pain pills. My husband shattered his leg 10 years ago and they had him on pain medication for a long time. As a result, his liver is damaged and he is on a liver transplant list, fighting for his life. If only I had known about Shakeology back then, he would NOT be an ill man.

But now that I know that Shakeology is LIQUID GOLD and that can potentially save lives, I HAVE to share this with you. It truly SAVED MY LIFE! So if you or anyone you know suffers with pain...PLEASE let me help you! I say this with tears in my eyes, as I know how awful it is to suffer like that...LET ME HELP YOU TODAY! I am here for you and I care and I will do everything I can to help you, to be free from the pain that has taken over your body, if you will let me. How bad do you want to stop feeling like this? I am throwing you a life line. GRAB IT!
