THE BEST EVER Chickpea Salad


Ingredients

1- 15.5 oz can chickpeas
1/2 c red bell pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1 medium cucumber, chopped
2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix it together. Chill and Go! Stays well in refrigerator for about 3 days!!
