Breakfast:

1 1/2 cups Organic Green Tea
1/2 banana
2 large strawberries
handful of red grapes
1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla)
Lots of ice!
Blended in my Magic Bullet

Lunch:

2 eggs
skim milk
lowfat cheese
1 cup spinach
red onion chopped
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
mushrooms
Cayenne Pepper

Calories: 312


Snack: Nectarine
Calories: 60


Mini Snack:
Raisins and Flaked unsweetened coconut

Calories: 122



Tilapia
Snap Green Beans
Zucchini
Squash
Sweet Pepper
Radishes
