Somercize WOE



Okay....so I picked up this book at the library today and was captivated by it. I literally read the whole book. It is NOT a diet, but a WOE (way of eating). It is about eating the right combinations of food together. Tonight was the first time in a while, that i haven't been craving a snack. I am definitely going to try this and see how it goes. I will keep you posted and let you know how I like it. I don't want to have to starve....or count calories...or eat small portions...i just want to relax and eat and enjoy myself.

Here is the general idea of the book:
Somersizing Reference Guide

1- Eliminate all Funky Foods.
2- Eat Fruits alone, on an empty stomach.
3- Eat Proteins/Fats with Veggies.
4- Eat Carbos with Veggies and no fat.
5- Keep Proteins/Fats separate from Carbos.
6- Wait three hours between meals if switching from a proteins/Fats meal to a Carbos meal, or vice versa.
7- do not skip meals. Eat three meals a day, and eat until you feel satisfied and comfortably full.
