VITALITY SOUP

2 big handfuls of spinach

1 big kale leaf

1/4 red bell pepper,chopped

1 TBSP dark miso

1tsp soy sauce

1 lemon wedge,juiced

pinch of salt

1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)

1 to 1 1/2 cups of water

In a blender, blend the greens with a few splashes of water until smooth.

Add the rest of the ingredients.Blend until smooth.

Top with extra red pepper and arugula and a dash of cayenne.
