Fox 2: 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge















Join Fox 2's Deena Centofanti in a simple 21 day challenge designed help you lose 5 pounds in 21 days!

5 do's, 5 don'ts - to help you lose 5 pounds in the next three weeks.

We start Tuesday, January 10th and finish up Tuesday, January 31st.

Don't :

-soda (diet and reg)

-desserts (replace with fruits)

-fried foods

-white bread and white rice

-alcohol

Do:

-vegetables

-lean proteins (chicken, fish, low fat dairy)

-fruits

-whole grains (brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal)

-water (skim milk, tea and coffee are okay too)

We invite you to check in and chat about your progress daily to help keep yourself accountable, get support and share strategies.

The goal is to see if we can make changes, lose weight, and create healthy habits that will last much longer than 21 days.
