Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- optional: 1 teaspoon honey
Add the first 5 ingredients to a serving bowl. Mix the yogurt, oil, lemon juice and honey in a small bowl then toss with the fruit and nuts. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
Top it over some mixed greens!
