Michi's Ladder is a guideline to help you eat healthy, fitness-friendly meals. As you move downward on the tiers, you go from the best choices to the worst choices. If you only ate from Tiers 1 and 2, you would have a near-perfect diet!
Tier 1 = the best foods to eat
Tier 2 = Excellent food....You need it
Tier 3 = Neutral foods - Benefits and Hazards
Tier 4 = Careful!!! Eat in moderation (only sometimes)
Tier 5 = May taste great, but you WILL pay later
