Ready for this? I used baby carrots in this smoothie!
That was a first for me and i am hooked!
Ingredients
Heaping 1/2 cup of baby carrots (I pulverized them in food processor)
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 (4 oz) Strawberry Non-fat Yogurt
1 Tablespoon of EAS Soy Protein Powder (Vanilla)
Water
Ice
Blended in my Magic Bullet.
