Mocha Smoothie
1 cup nonfat milk
1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
1 to 2 tbsp sugar or honey
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp instant coffee
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup small ice cubes or crushed ice
