- 2/3 cup raw Brazil nuts
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 cup ice
- 3 large frozen bananas
- 3 Tbsp raw cacao or carob powder
- 4-6 pitted dates (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch Celtic sea salt
- Throw all of your ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
