RULES
***Challenge starts from June 4th to June 25th.***
***You only eat foods that do not have a label on them or foods that have no more than 1 ingredient in them***
(Pretty much foods without labels on them or only 1 ingredient on the label)

***Goal for water per day: 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water.***
(So if you weigh 150 lbs....you would drink at least 75 oz of water every day).
FOOD YOU CAN EAT
You can eat any/all of the foods below...every day!
Lean Meats (No Skin on Chicken Breast or Turkey)
Fish
Veggies
Fruit
Beans
Whole Grains such as Brown Rice...Oats...Quinoa.....Couscous...Buckwheat (Keep whole grains to 1/2 cup per meal)
Nuts
Seeds
Eggs
