Coconut Almond Shake




Ingredients
  • Two 11-oz containers of O.N.E. Coconut Water
  • ½ c raw almonds
  • 4 dates (soaked in water for at least an hour and chopped)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine O.N.E. Coconut Water, soaked dates, almonds and vanilla in a strong blender and blend until all ingredients form a smooth shake-like consistency. If you prefer more sweetness, add a few more soaked dates to the mix.
