broth
1 head of garlic, cloves separated, smashed, peeled, hard ends trimmed
Freshly ground pepper and sea salt to taste

Preparation:
Place the broth and garlic cloves
in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer,
partially covered, until garlic softens, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the
heat. Using an immersion or regular blender, puree the soup. Season to taste
with pepper and sea salt.
