Increase metabolism.
ingredients
8 oz. Water
0.06 tsp. Pepper (red or cayenne)
2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 oz. sugar free Apple Juice
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
directions
Mix together.
