Anti-inflammatory Drink
This is a drink you can make whenever you have a sore throat or
inflammatory process going on in your gastro-intestinal tract. It is
beneficial for all blood types.
Juice of 1 lemon (full of Vit C and bio-flavonoids that are naturally anti-inflammatory in their action)
1 Teaspoon of Tumeric powder (Natures most powerful natural anti-inflammatory)
1 teaspoon of freshly grated Ginger (another natural anti-inflammatory herb)
Manuka Honey (the medically active honey) to taste (anti-biotic and anti-inflammatory)
Hot water (not boiling)
Sip slowly and have 2-3 times per day when sick.
