Anti-Allergy Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 sliced cantaloupe, peeled
1/4 inch ginger root, peeled
1/2 apple
Optional scoop of green powder

Instructions:
Wash and dry all ingredients.  Juice.  Use within 2-3 hours.  Keep refrigerated.
According to Dr. Khalsa, "Cantaloupe, ginger and apple boost the immune system, detoxify the gastrointestinal track, and soothe the digestive system.  This rejuvenates the internal organs, which helps to alleviate allergy symptoms."
