Pineapple Coconut Smoothie





A spectacularly yummy dairy free frozen smoothie! Sweet pineapple, nutrient coconut, some protein powder and you are ready to go for a healthy complete breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
  • 4oz of cold water
  • 4oz cup of ice cubes
  • 2 1/2 heaping tablespoons of coconut shreds
  • 3/4 cup of fresh pineapple chunks (include any juice)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Instructions
  1. Add water and coconut to Vitamix blender and blend until smooth. This creates your coconut milk. We believe making coconut milk is more healthy this way as there are no other additives.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until frosty and thick. Add more ice as needed for thickness.
Serving Suggestions

Serve in an attractive glass with a strawberry on the rim of the glass.
