Lean Belly Laws


Lean Belly Laws:

  • Eat at minimum three servings per day of calcium rich dairy products.
  • Eat breakfast every day filled with protein (eggs, milk, yogurt, steel cut oats, whole wheat toast, etc).
  • Switch to whole grain versions of the foods you currently eat, such as pasta, bread, rice, crackers, and cookies.
  • Add in six 8 ounce glasses of water each day along with the other liquids you love.
  • Switch to lean beef (if you like beef).
  • Snack three times a day! Snacks should include a 200 calories protein snack and two others in other food groups two hours before a meal.
  • Include two protein powder based smoothies every day.
  • Try to fit in at least two pieces of fruit and three servings of vegetables every day (veggies should include leafy greens, such as spinach, broccoli, and Brussel sprouts).
  • For fiber, substitute beans two to three times a week at dinner in place of meat.
  • Include healthy foods that are filling like peanut butter, avocado, olive oil, and butter.
