Shamrock Smoothie


  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla milk
  • 1/8 tsp mint extract (NOT peppermint. It will give a different flavor)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice

Optional: Green food coloring, or blue and yellow food coloring, or if you really want you could use spinach… but I can’t promise it won’t alter the recipe because I didn’t use it.

Put the banana, protein powder, milk, mint extract, vanilla extract, stevia, ice, and optional color or spinach in the blender and blend until smooth.
