Here is what I ate today on my first day of Somercizing.

Breakfast

7:55 am
Fruit smoothie
(Fruit is supposed to be eaten 20 mins before a carbo meal)
8:15 am
oatmeal
nonfat milk
cinnamon
cup of black coffee
Lunch 1:30

Made a Tuna salad
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 small 5 oz can of tuna
red onion
cucumber
lettuce
a small spoonful of low fat mayo
sprinkle of cayenne pepper
sprinkle of chili powder
Radishes on the side.

Dinner

Omelette
eggs
low fat mozzarella cheese
green peppers
onions
2 slices of turkey bacon
I had NO cravings for any snacks! Great first day!
