great intake I agree with Marlika. I have updated my blog and the new channel. you and I have eaten around the same amount of calories today that's cool.
I use the nutrition tracker on SparkPeople. I like to know how many calories...fat...protein and Carbs I am getting. Sometimes i need to have a protein shake and other times...I have hit my limit! For me...I think 1300's are good!
