Okay...so I had
1/2 cup Kroger 100% Whole Grain Oats
1 cup Skim Milk (Nonfat)
cinnamon
PureVia (Natural Sweetener)
1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
Seedless Red Grapes
Cup of Decaf Coffee with PureVia Sweetener
Someone told me to try some cottage cheese in my oatmeal with sweetener and cinnamon. I am happy that i got my protein in for breakfast.....but honestly....the cottage cheese isn't something I would do very often, in my oatmeal. I am always willing to try something at least once though. I do like cottage cheese...just not in my oatmeal.
I am happy though...that there were 20 grams of Protein in my breakfast!
