Typical Daily Meals I eat
Breakfast
Whole Grain Oatmeal
Veggie and Cheese Omelette
Lunch
Always some kind of salad.....Mexican with black or kidney beans....tuna or chicken or veggie.
Dinner
Turkey, Chicken or Fish
Salad and Veggies
Snack...Smoothie made with Protein powder, fruit...usually blueberries and a little banana and organic green tea!
What i drink each day:
Decaf Coffee
PureVia Herbal Sweetenter
Water with ReaLime in it (64 ounces to 1 gallon, depending on my physical activity
