Ingredients
1 scoop of EAS Soy Protein Powder (Vanilla)
1 1/2 cups Organic Green Tea (Brewed myself and chilled)
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
Lots of ice
2 Natural Oatmeal cookies (broken into tiny pieces and put into shake, after it is blended.

(I used Kroger 100% Whole Grain Oats and honey, instead of Agave Nectar!)
I blended mine in my Magic Bullet!
It is sooo yummy and I eat it with a spoon!
